That’s where I come in…. literally! I will come to you, either in your home or office and work with your busy schedule!

In Shape Moms is an in-home personal training company, with a focus on pre- and post-natal fitness. By following guidelines set by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), I will show you practical exercises that will help:

  • alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy
  • improve strength
  • help your energy level
  • relax your mind and body

I will help develop a safe and effective exercise plan. It will also be time efficient, convenient, diverse, and fun!

I am nationally certified in group fitness through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America with a specialty certificate in Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness. My current fitness trainings include low impact, step, cycling, trekking, yoga, pilates, aqua, water yoga, and the latest craze, BOSU, which focuses on core strengthening and balance. This is a great workout after the baby is born!

I am a mom myself, and I exercised until the day I went into labor. I know about the ups and downs of pregnancy, wanting to lose the weight after the baby is born and feeling like the day flies by too fast. I will show you practical exercises that will fit into any busy schedule!
